DHCare Signs Agreement to Acquire Ottobock Mobility

DHCare has signed a binding agreement to acquire Ottobock’s Mobility division. The transaction is subject to the usual regulatory approvals and is expected to be completed in the second half of 2026.

With this merger, DHCare is expanding its offerings in the mobility sector and, in particular, strengthening its expertise in complex electric wheelchairs and specialized mobility solutions.
